Organization
Earthcon enrgy has well product knowledge Sales and Proposal team who works on the customer enquiry to offer technically cost effective solutions with huge data bank of different products, support from technology partner and internal design department.
Well experienced and knowledgeable team of engineers of various discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Thermal and Electrical) to handle various projects independently to meet the committed timelines.
All required designing softwares for process, mechanical, piping and structural engineering are used during design and detailed engineering of all the products.
Our design group works closely with R&D department for carrying out confirmatory pilot plant trials for new or unknown products. The team keep itself abreast with new product technologies and experiments in the development of products by participatory dialogues with user industries in International Trade Exhibitions and Conferences.
Site erection, Plant start up and commissioning activities are carried out by our trained specialists with the support and help of Mechanical erection team, electrical and instrumentation team. This team is responsible for completion of system erection within the stipulated time frame and quality norms. During the plant start up and commissioning activities they are, along with experienced Process Specialists, responsible for training of the customers operators , technicians and Engineers.
Earthcon Energy Group has also after sales and post commissioning service department with qualified, well experienced technical staff who ensure that the urgent servicing needs of the customers are met.
The above technical departments are effective only due to the able support by the various service departments like Sourcing , Finance, HR&Admin, Stores and Dispatch Logistics.

Samia has global presence over 70 years in refinery combustion equipment & flaring system design & supplies. M/S Samia Italia is in approved vendor list of ONGC, EIL, Oil & Gas PSUs & Private EPC companies in India for flare stack systems.

Infrastructure
Earthcon Energy group companies are having 5 manufacturing plants across India with Team of well qualified and experienced professional engineers along with trained technicians includes certified team of Welders and Fitters for manufacturing of our products.
All the manufacturing facilities are equipped with overhead (EOT) Cranes, mobile cranes, rolling machines, all types of welding machines (GTAW, SMAW, SAW and FCAW welding processes) , Laser and Plasma cutting machines, Lathes, Milling machines with ties up for CNC machining center for manufacturing of complete range of our products in CS, SS and exotic material of constructions.
We have three manufacturing plants in Pune (@20,000 Sq feet each) and one at Solapur (80,000 Sq Feet) and one at Bhum (60,000 Sq feet) located in Maharashtra State.
